SUPER-MOIST NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE AND OATMEAL COOKIES

Super-Moist No-Bake Chocolate and Oatmeal Cookies image

I love these cookies! The only problem I have encountered in the past with making these, is that they seem to fall apart due to dryness. Adding more milk and less oatmeal (as this recipe directs), takes care of that problem.

HEALTHY-ISH NO-BAKE COOKIES

Healthy-ish No-Bake Cookies image

These cookies with rice milk are not going to be as amazing as the no-bake cookies made with sugar, but they still satisfy a sweet tooth. A lot of recipes add vanilla, so it might be worth adding 1/2 to 1 teaspoon.

HEALTHY-ISH CHEWY NO-BAKE COOKIES

Healthy-Ish Chewy No-Bake Cookies image

I modified my favorite no-bake cookie recipe, hoping to make it a little healthier and diet-friendly. I reduced the fat and used 1 cup fructose instead of 2 cups of sugar. A nice side effect of this was that fructose tends to make foods moister than table sugar, and I ended up with a chewy no-bake (I don't like the dryness of tradtional no-bakes) So, if you want a healthier cookie or just a chewier cookie, this is it!
