PURPLE HAZE II

Steps:

• Pour ingredients in a Sake carafe & heat.
• ** For variation, substitute plum wine for the raspberry liqueur.

PURPLE HAZE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Pour the vodka and black raspberry liqueur into a cocktail shaker with ice.
• Shake well .
• Garnish with a mint sprig and blackberries, if desired. Serve and enjoy.

HARD ROCK PURPLE HAZE

Steps:

• Shake with ice and Strain in a Chilled Martini.
• Top with 7-up or Ginger Ale.
• Garnish : Pineapple Wedge.

PURPLE HAZE

Steps:

• Combine first 5 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a 14-ounce beverage glass. Top with soda and garnish with a lemon wedge. Serve with a tall straw.

HOMEMADE SANGRIA

Steps:

• Mix in all the ingredients except the Ginger Ale in a Sangria Pitcher.
• Let the flavours to combine for several hours in the fridge. 24 hours if you can.
• At the end you can add ice cubes if you want. But I don't.
• Pour in each glass. Add a little bit of Ginger Ale. Decorate with slices of oranges and a marashino cherry.
• If the sangria is too strong, you can add a little bit of juice of your choice.

HARD ROCK CAFE BAKED POTATO SOUP

Steps:

• Sauté the onions in the reserved bacon drippings over medium high heat until transparent, about 3 minutes.
• Add flour, stirring to prevent lumps; cook for 3-5 minutes, until mixture just begins to turn golden.
• Add chicken stock gradually, whisking to prevent lumps until liquid thickens.
• Reduce heat to simmer and add potatoes, cream, chopped bacon, parsley, garlic, basil, salt substitute, red pepper sauce and black pepper.
• Simmer for 10 minutes; DO NOT allow to boil.
• Add grated cheese and green onions, heat until cheese melts smoothly.
• Garnish each serving as desired with chopped bacon, grated cheese and chopped parsley.
