2/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 bag (16 oz.) coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
12 oz. baked or honey-baked ham, cut into thin strips
3 cups KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
3 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Pickle Wholes, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped onion s
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Beat oil, vinegar, mustard, dill weed, thyme and pepper in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Add coleslaw blend, ham, cheese, pickles, onions and parsley; toss to coat. Cover.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Store leftover coleslaw in refrigerator.

1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • In a bowl, toss the cabbage, ham and peppers. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, pepper and paprika; shake well. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.

2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups shredded cabbage or 3 cups coleslaw mix
8 slices pumpernickel bread
softened butter
3/4 lb sliced black forest ham (or other good-quality ham)
4 slices thin large dill pickles

Steps:

  • Combine mayonnaise with vinegar, salt and sugar.
  • Add cabbage and coat well.
  • Butter bread - this is important as the butter makes a 'lining' to prevent the bread from getting too soggy, and it tastes good too.
  • Layer ham and slaw on bread.
  • Top with a dill pickle slice.

1-1/2 pounds uncooked egg noodles
3 pounds cubed fully cooked ham
4 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
4 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
1 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine ham, soup, beans and milk. Drain pasta; pour over ham mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to 2 greased 13x9-in. baking dishes., Drizzle each with butter; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Freeze option: Cool unbaked casseroles; cover and freeze up to 3 months. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°.
