1/2 lb butter
3 tablespoons regular prepared mustard or 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 medium onion, chopped & dried with paper towel
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 packages pepperidge farm party rolls
1 lb ham, grated
1/3 lb swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Split rolls.
  • Spread bottom and top with sauce.
  • Place ham and cheese on rolls.
  • Place in pan and wrap in foil.
  • Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • These freeze well.
  • Bake frozen rolls 30- 40 minutes at 400 degrees.

I used regular ham in this yummy sandwich, but I bet it would be really good with country ham as well. Perfect for anything from a cocktail party to the big game!

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 pkg small party rolls
1 lb cooked ham, shaved & chopped
1 lb swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c butter, softened
3 Tbsp mustard
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine butter, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Add ham & cheese. Mix until well blended.
  • 3. Slice the top half off of the rolls. DO NOT BREAK INTO INDIVIDUAL ROLLS. Return bottom half to the pan.
  • 4. Spread 1/3 of the ham/cheese mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls in each pan. Replace top half of rolls.
  • 5. Bake in oven for around 15 minutes until rolls are golden brown and cheese has melted. Slice into individual rolls before serving.

4 slices Muenster cheese
8 slices country or Italian bread

Steps:

  • 1. Combine first four ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended 2. Spread about a teaspoon of the butter mixture onto each slice of bread 3. Place one slice of ham on 4 pieces of bread and place two slices on the remaining four. 4. Put one slice of Muenster cheese on each of the four pieces of bread with one slice of ham 5. Assemble the sandwiches, pairing a piece of bread with cheese to one that lacks it. 6. Butter a hot panini pan, panini press, or nonstick pan. 7. Grill the sandwiches until golden brown on each side, gently pressing down on the tops if necessary. 8. Enjoy!

These small, delicious sandwiches are perfect for any party. They are so good that even the pickiest of eaters will eat these.

¾ cup melted butter
1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tablespoons poppy seeds
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
24 mini sandwich rolls
1 pound thinly sliced cooked deli ham
1 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix together butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried onion. Separate the tops from bottoms of the rolls, and place the bottom pieces into the prepared baking dish. Layer about half the ham onto the rolls. Arrange the Swiss cheese over the ham, and top with remaining ham slices in a layer. Place the tops of the rolls onto the sandwiches. Pour the mustard mixture evenly over the rolls.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese has melted, about 20 minutes. Slice into individual rolls through the ham and cheese layers to serve.

This recipe was given to me by a cousin. It is a wonderful recipe for carrying to work, or just to fix at home to have to eat while sitting and watching a movie or the game on tv.

1 package sliced ham, chopped into small pieces
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
3 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 packages heat and serve rolls

Steps:

  • Mix all (except rolls) together.
  • Remove rolls from foil trays and using a sharp knife, split rolls in half.
  • Spread ham mixture between the rolls and place back in pans.
  • Cover with foil, warm on 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes (don't overheat).
  • Let cool before cutting rolls apart.
