Grown Up Chocolate Malted Milkshake Recipes

MALTED CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE

Steps:

• Chill one 16-ounce serving glass (or two 8-ounce serving glasses) in the freezer.
• For the whipped cream: Combine the heavy cream and sugar in a large, deep bowl. Whisk vigorously by hand until soft peaks form, 30 to 60 seconds. Set aside.
• For the milkshake: Blend the milk and malted milk powder in a blender on high speed until the malted milk powder dissolves, 15 to 20 seconds. Add the chocolate ice cream and blend on high until creamy and thick, pushing down as needed, 20 to 25 seconds.
• Pour the milkshake into the chilled glass and top with the whipped cream. Garnish with a maraschino cherry if using and serve immediately.

GROWN-UP MILKSHAKE

Steps:

• Scoop ice cream into a blender. Pour in white chocolate liqueur, coffee liqueur, and brandy. Make sure the top of the blender is tightly in place and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve topped with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.

CHOCOLATE MALTED MILKSHAKE

Steps:

• Simply stir milk and malted milk powder to dissolve. Blend milk with ice cream, chocolate sauce and salt until just smooth. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

GROWN UP CHOCOLATE FONDUE

Steps:

• Bring the half-and-half to a simmer in a fondue pot or small saucepan. Add the chocolate and stir until completely melted. Stir in the raspberry liqueur and vanilla.
• If using a fondue pot, place in on the fondue burner. Otherwise, simply bring the saucepan to the table (the chocolate will remain at a dipping consistency for over an hour).
• Serve with an assortment of dippers such as strawberries, bananas, pound cake, angel food cake, brownie bites and coconut macaroons.
