BACON CHEESEBURGER CRESCENT RING
This easy-to-make crescent ring is full of bacon cheeseburger filling that your whole family will enjoy.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheet). In small bowl, mix cooked beef, ranch dressing and bacon.
- Unroll both cans of dough; separate into 8 rectangles. On ungreased large cookie sheet, arrange rectangles in ring so short sides of rectangles form a 5-inch circle in center. Dough will overlap.
- Spoon beef mixture on the half of each rectangle closest to center of ring; top each with 2 pickle slices and 1 piece of cheese.
- Bring each dough rectangle up over filling, tucking dough under bottom layer of dough to secure it. Repeat around ring until entire filling is enclosed (some filling might show a little).
- Gently separate dough perforations on top until filling peeks through. Brush dough lightly with water; sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until dough is golden brown and thoroughly baked. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into serving slices.

BACON CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE
It doesn't get much tastier than Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole! One of our favorite weeknight dinner recipes, this dish is loaded with cheese and bacon and cooks in less than 30 minutes.

- Cook the bacon first, I prefer to cook it on a sheet pan in the oven until it's crispy but you can cook it whatever way you prefer. Drain it on paper towels and cut it or break it into small pieces and set aside.
- Cook your macaroni according to directions on the pack, then drain.
- While the macaroni is cooking brown the beef in a large skillet until fully cooked. If after cooking the beef has a lot of fat/liquid/juice left you can pour some of that off, I prefer to use lean beef and keep some of the juice as I think it adds to the flavor.
- Measure the beef broth,Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and cornstarch into a small bowl or measuring jug and mix well to combine the cornstarch.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet along with the beef broth mixture, stir well to combine beef, pasta, bacon, and sauce.
- Cook on a medium heat until the sauce bubbles and thickens. If it's too thick for you, thin it out with a little more beef broth.
- Sprinkle shredded cheeses over the top of the skillet cheeseburger mixture.
- Cover and cook on very low heat until cheese has melted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef, bacon, mushrooms and onion until beef is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Stir in flour until blended. Add the broth, soup, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt and paprika. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally., Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain., Stir sour cream and horseradish into beef mixture; heat through (do not boil). - In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt; cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In a small bowl, combine the water, egg and vinegar. Add to shortening mixture, 1 tablespoon at a time, tossing lightly with a fork until mixture forms a ball. Cover and chill for 30 minutes., Meanwhile, combine the first six filling ingredients. Divide pastry into 15 equal portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll out one portion into a 6-1/2-in. circle. , Mound a heaping 1/3 cup filling on half of circle. Moisten edges with water; fold dough over filling and press edges with a fork to seal. Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Repeat with remaining pastry and filling. , Cut three slits in the top of each turnover; brush with cream. Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes or until vegetables are tender and crust is golden brown.

- Cook and drain bacon and set aside (pre-cooked microwavable bacon works great).
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- In a large saute pan, brown the ground beef in 1 tbsp of olive oil and drain.
- Add add remaining tbls of olive oil, chopped onion, grape tomatoes and sliced red bell pepper. Continue to saute until onion and pepper are tender. Add cooked and crumbled bacon and cheese and toss gently. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out four 18" x 18" pieces of Heavy Duty Reynolds Wrap.
- Unroll the pie crusts and lay one round crust in the center of each piece of foil.
- Add one quarter of the beef saute to the middle of each round pie crust leaving a 1" edge for folding.
- Carefully fold the Pie Crust over to make a turnover and crimp the edges to seal. Bring the Reynolds Wrap up and around the turnover leaving the top uncovered.
- Place on the center rack of a 450 degree oven and cook for approximately 20 minutes until lightly browned.
- Cool slightly and cut in half. Serve with a bottle of peppery Pinot Noir.

CHEESE & BACON TURNOVERS

- Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Unravel the pastry on the sheet of baking parchment it comes with, and cut into six squares. Mix the soft cheese with the mustard, if using, and a good grinding of black pepper. Divide between the middles of the pastry squares, and smooth over in a diagonal line from one corner to the opposite side.
- Lay a bacon rasher over the soft cheese, then scatter over the cheese. Brush the two exposed corners of pastry with beaten egg, and fold over the top of the filling to join together. Brush the tops with more egg, then slide the baking parchment on to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 mins until the cheese has melted and the pastry is golden.
- Transfer to a cooling rack for 5-10 mins before serving warm. Will keep chilled in an airtight container for two-three days.
