- top round steak, 1 1/2 inches thick
1/2 cup(s) pineapple
1/3 cup(s) soy sauce
1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon(s) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon(s) ginger

Steps:

Pound and tenderize meat, let stand 15 min. Combine remaining and marinate at least 2 hours. Grill, then slice on the diagonal.
