Grilled Cheese And Bacon Mini Meatloaves Recipes

GRILLED MINI MEAT LOAVES

Steps:

• Heat grill.
• In a large bowl with hands combine all ingredients except ketchup. Divide mixture in half; shape each half into free-form loaf about 4 inches long and 1 inch thick.
• Lightly oil grill grate. Place meat loaves on gas grillover medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4-6 inches from medium-high coals. Grill 10-12 minutes or until no longer pink in center and outside is crusty, turning once or twice and brushing with ketchup. Pass additional ketchup to serve with meat loaves.

GRILLED BACON-WRAPPED MINI MEATLOAVES

Steps:

• Heat grill for indirect grilling. Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat grill to 425ºF.
• Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended. Add ground beef, stuffing mix, cheese, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, garlic powder and onion powder; mix lightly. Shape into 8 balls, using about 1/2 cup meat mixture for each.
• Make an "X" with 2 bacon halves; place ball in center of "X". Bring ends of bacon up loosely over top; secure with toothpick. Place in single layer in disposable foil pan.
• Place foil pan on grate over unlit area; cover. Grill 40 min., monitoring grill for consistent temperature. Brush with remaining barbecue sauce; grill 5 min. or until meatloaves are done (160ºF). Remove toothpicks before serving.

CHEESY MINI-MEATLOAVES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Beat egg and milk together.
• Add cheese, oats, onion, salt, & pepper to milk/egg mixture.
• Mix in ground beef with your hands until all ingredients are incorporated well.
• Shape into 8 loaves and place into a greased 9x13 pan.
• Mix all sauce ingredients together and spoon over loaves.
• You may want to make extra sauce for after its done cooking!
• Place in 350 degree oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
