GREEN TEA AND ORANGE COOLER

Steps:

• Add 4 cups water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, add the tea bags and let steep for 7 minutes. Remove the tea bags and stir in the agave nectar.
• Let the tea cool before adding it to a large pitcher along with 2 cups ice and 2 more cups water. Add the orange slices before serving.

SPIKED GREEN TEA

Steps:

• Bring 4 cups water to a boil a medium saucepan; boil for 1 minute. Add 10 of the mint sprigs, the tea bags and the ginger; stir. Turn off the heat and let steep for 20 to 25 minutes. Discard the mint, tea bags and ginger. Stir in the honey until dissolved.
• Add 4 cups crushed ice to a pitcher. Pour in the green tea and the lime juice; stir to melt the ice. Add the sake and stir to combine.
• Pour the green tea mixture into 4 glasses filled with ice. Garnish with the lime slices and the remaining mint sprigs.

PEACHY GREEN TEA COOLER

Steps:

• Bring 6 cups cold water to a boil.
• Place teabags in a saucepan. Slice the peaches and place in a saucepan. Pour boiling water over the peaches and teabags. Steep for about 5 minutes.
• Strain the tea into a heat-safe pitcher and reserve the peaches. Stir in honey and lemon juice to taste.
• Allow tea to cool, then refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Reserve peaches in refrigerator.
• To serve: Fill tall glasses with ice, place a few chilled peach slices in each glass, pour chilled tea over the peaches and top with a sprig of mint.
