GRANDMA'S FRENCH TUNA SALAD WRAPS
My French Canadian grandmother always made tuna salad with chopped egg in it. I've made my own version, adding veggies for complete nutrition and turning it into a wrap. It's fun and we get the memory of my grandmother with each bite. -Jennifer Magrey, Sterling, Connecticut

- In a small bowl, combine the tuna, celery, mayonnaise and pepper. Spoon tuna mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, carrot, tomato, onion and egg. Roll up tightly.

- Combine mayonnaise, lime juice, and jalapeno pepper in a medium bowl; mix well. Stir in tuna.
- Spread tuna mixture to within 1/4 inch of the edge of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, cheese, and tomato; press lightly to flatten a bit. Top with avocado, green onion, and cilantro. Roll up each tortilla tightly or fold in half. Serve immediately.

- Combine the tuna, celery, dill relish, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cover and set in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- To make the wrap, spoon 1/2 cup filling into each tortilla and roll it up. Enjoy!
- Note:.
- You may make this to go, but you must keep the filling and the tortilla separate so the tortilla doesn't get soggy over the course of the morning. Store the filling in the fridge, so the mayonnaise doesn't spoil.
