Steps:
- In large saucepan brown ground chuck, drain.
- Add tomatoes, onions, garlic, paprika, chili powder, macaroni and tomato paste, if desired. Add water, a tablespoon at a time, if mixture seems too dry. Simmer until macaroni is tender, about 20 minutes.

GHOULASH CHILI MAC
I call this chili mac because of the chili powder in the recipe. This is an absolutely delicious Ghoulash recipe that doesn't taste like chili at all. Everybody loves this, even my chef boyfriend.

Steps:
- In a dutch oven sautee vegetables together until tender. Then, add turkey and brown. Season with salt. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cooked macaroni and simmer for another 5 minutes. Adjust salt to taste. Serve. Easy Peasy.

MOM'S GOULASH AKA CHEESEBURGER MAC
Tasty dinner Mom always called "Goulash". I've renamed it "Cheeseburger Mac" because this dish has nothing to do with the Hungarian dish of the same name! Delicious, homemade dish.

Steps:
- Cook the pasta per directions.
- Drain noodles and set heat to low.
- Add butter and melt.
- Add milk and stir, being sure sure it's not too hot because your milk could curdle in the heat.
- Add cheese and stir until it melts, salt and pepper to taste. Keep on low.
- In a separate dish, combine ground beef, pepper, onion, and garlic salt, and cook until meat is brown.
- Turn on low and cover until pepper/onion starts to soften.
- Add the tomatoes, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Combine and nom :).

MACARONI GOULASH
This may not be what some people would consider as "Goulash" but it is the name my mom gave this when I was a child. Delicious and brings back wonderful memories. Hope you enjoy it too.

Steps:
- Saute green pepper and onions in margarine or oil.
- Add ground beef, salt and black pepper.
- Cook until browned.
- Add this to tomatoes, tomato sauce and macaroni.
- Simmer on low heat about 15 minutes.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Some water can be added if needed.

GOULASH - CHILI MACARONI RECIPE

- 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more. 2. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, about 6 minutes. Drain fat and return to pan. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Add tomato paste and stir to coat, then pour in broth, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Season with Italian seasoning, chili and paprika, and stir in macaroni. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender, about 15 minutes. 4. Stir in cheese and remove from heat. Garnish with parsley before serving.
