Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375˚F (190˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rub the steak with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the Jazzy spice blend, and 1 teaspoon salt. Let marinate in the refrigerator until ready to grill.
- In a medium bowl, toss together the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, the garlic, green beans, tomatoes, bell peppers, and remaining teaspoon of salt. Spread the vegetables on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until the tomatoes are just beginning to burst.
- Add the sliced shallot to a medium bowl. Break up the shallots with your fingers so you are left with individual rings. Sift the cornstarch over the shallots and toss to coat.
- Heat 2 inches (5 cm) of oil in a large skillet until it reaches 350˚F (180˚C).
- Working in batches, fry the shallots for 2 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and season with salt.
- Heat a griddle pan over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until medium-rare or cooked to your desired temperature. Let rest while you prepare the dressing, then slice.
- Make the dressing: In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, Jazzy spice blend, mustard. Thin with water if necessary. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, toss the roasted vegetables with the lettuce. Top with the sliced steak and fried shallots. Drizzle with the dressing. Divide between bowls and serve with more dressing on the side.
- Enjoy!

GRILLED SKIRT STEAK WITH GARLIC AND HERBS
Grilling might just be the best way to cook up a skirt steak. The intense heat gives the succulent and flavorful cut a rich char that's smoky and crisp at the edges. The trick is to get the fire hot enough and dry off any marinade before placing the meat on the grill. This will give you the deepest sear. Here, the meat is marinated in a garlicky herb paste flecked with pickled pepperoncini chiles. Other pickled peppers will work, too, so feel free to substitute pickled jalapeños if that's what you've got. Or use a fresh jalapeño and a dash of pickle juice to get a similar hot and vinegary punch. Lastly, be sure not to overcook the meat. Rare to medium rare guarantees tender beef.

Steps:
- In a blender or food processor, combine basil, scallions, lemon thyme, garlic, peperoncini, salt and lemon zest and juice. Pour olive oil over mixture; blend until it turns to paste.
- Using paper towels, pat steak dry and place in a large bowl; slather paste mixture all over meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Light the grill or heat the broiler with the rack as close to the heat source as possible. Use a paper towel to pat steak dry. (You can leave some of the paste, but for the best sear, the meat should be dry when it hits the grill.) Grill meat over direct heat until char lines appear, and meat is done to taste, 3 to 5 minutes per side, or broil until charred, 2 to 5 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving, garnished with herbs and scallions.

GARLIC BUTTER STEAK RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: ribeye steak, salt, pepper, canola oil, butter, garlic, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C).
- Generously season all sides of the steak with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a wire rack on top of a baking sheet, then bake for about 45 minutes to an hour until the internal temperature reads about 125°F (51° C) for medium-rare. Adjust the bake time based on if you like your steak more rare or more well-done (you monster).
- Heat the canola oil in a pan over high heat until smoking. Do not use olive oil, as its smoke point is significantly lower than that of canola oil and will smoke before reaching the desired cooking temperature.
- Sear the steak for 30 seconds on the first side, then flip.
- Add the butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme and swirl around the pan.
- Transfer the garlic and herbs on top of the steak and baste the steak with the butter using a large spoon.
- Baste for about 30 seconds, then flip and baste the other side for about 15 seconds.
- Turn the steak on its side and cook to render off any excess fat.
- Rest the steak on a cutting board or wire rack for about 10 minutes. Slicing the steak before the resting period has finished will result in a lot of the juices leaking out, which may not be desirable.
- Slice the steak into ½ -inch (1 cm) strips, then fan out the slices and serve.
- Enjoy!
