- Place raspberries in a blender; cover and process until pureed. Strain to remove seeds. , In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add raspberry puree; beat until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with fruit.

BABY SHOWER RASPBERRY DIP
This easy, sweet dip is excellent on a fruit platter. I usually serve this dip at baby showers because it has a lovely pastel pink color. The taste can easily be altered by using your choice of extract flavorings. Also, the dip is thick enough that it can also be used as a tea sandwich filling. This is my own creation.

Steps:
- Scoop out seeds from one half of honeydew; reserve other half for another recipe or double this one!).
- Cut a thin slice from bottom of melon half to make it sit flat. Place melon in center of large serving platter.
- Arrange assorted fresh fruit around melon.
- Cover platter with extra wide plastic wrap(Reynolds of course); refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Combine the yogurt, cream cheese, sugar, lemon peel and lemon juice. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 2 hours to blend flavors.
- When ready to serve, pour dip into melon half. Serve and enjoy!
