FROZEN STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRIS

Steps:

• In a blender, combine the rum, limeade concentrate, strawberries and ice. Cover and process until smooth and thickened (use more ice for thicker daiquiris). Pour into cocktail glasses. , To garnish each daiquiri, cut a 1/2-in. slit into the tip of a strawberry; position berry on rim of glass.

FROZEN STRAWBERRIES WITH CREAM COCKTAIL

Steps:

• To rim the glasses: Apply a thin even layer of honey around the rim of 2 glasses. (I find it's easiest to drizzle it directly on the top outside edge of the glass and then use a small rubber spatula or knife to spread it all around). Then coat it with the pistachios and freeze-dried strawberries. Set the glasses aside.
• In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, sugar, milk, cream, vodka, vanilla and cardamom and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and top with the remaining chopped pistachios.

ULTIMATE FROZEN STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

Steps:

• Fill a blender with ice and crush. Pour in the tequila and triple sec. Add the strawberries and limeade. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve in margarita glasses with the rims dipped in powdered sugar.

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE DRINK

Steps:

• Place thawed frozen strawberries, amaretto liqueur, vanilla ice cream, vanilla extract, crushed ice, and vanilla vodka into a blender.
• Cover and blend until smooth.
• Pour into a glass and garnish with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry.

CLASSIC FROZEN STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

Steps:

• Blend strawberries, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and 1 teaspoon sugar in blender to combine, about 10 seconds. Add ice cubes; blend on high until the ice is crushed, about 15 seconds.
• Rub lime wedge around the rim of a glass. Spread 1 teaspoon sugar onto a plate. Dip glass rim in sugar to coat. Pour margarita into the glass.
