STRAWBERRY BASIL MARGARITA
I created this one night to use up some summer strawberries and some of my basil. What a refreshing and delicious summer drink! I know it sounds unusual, but try it and see!

- Combine the strawberries, tequila, orange-flavored liqueur, lemon juice, sugar, and basil leaves in a blender; mix on low until smooth. Add the ice and puree until the ice is crushed, 30 to 60 seconds.

Steps:
- Blend strawberries, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and 1 teaspoon sugar in blender to combine, about 10 seconds. Add ice cubes; blend on high until the ice is crushed, about 15 seconds.
- Rub lime wedge around the rim of a glass. Spread 1 teaspoon sugar onto a plate. Dip glass rim in sugar to coat. Pour margarita into the glass.

If desired, sprinkle sugar on a plate; dip rim in sugar., Place tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, strawberries and basil in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into prepared glass. Garnish with lime wedge, strawberries and additional basil leaves if desired.
