ONE-INGREDIENT GRAPE ICE POPS

Steps:

• Put the grapes in a high-power blender and pulse until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour the grape puree into ice-pop molds and freeze until solid, 4 to 6 hours.

EASY GRAPE POPS (WITH FRESH FRUIT!)

Steps:

• Place the ingredients into a blender.
• Blend well, starting on low and working up to high. Blend on high for about 30 seconds to ensure the mixture is very smooth.
• Divide the mixture among a freezer pop mold, or use small paper or plastic cups and popsicle sticks.
• Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight.
• Run molds under hot water for a few seconds to help loosen.

TRIPLE FRUIT FREEZE

Steps:

• Place kiwi, 1/2 cup water and 1 tablespoon sugar in a food processor; pulse until combined. Pour into molds or paper cups. Top molds or paper cups with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours., Place blueberries and the remaining water and sugar in food processor; pulse until combined. Spoon over kiwi layer. Freeze, covered, until firm, about 2 hours., Wipe food processor clean. Repeat with grapes and grape juice. Spoon over blueberry layer. Freeze, covered, until firm.
