1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 jar (5 ounces) sharp American cheese spread
1 jar (5 ounces) pimiento cheese spread
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash garlic salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
Assorted crackers

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat the first 8 ingredients until blended. Cover and refrigerate until easily handled, about 45 minutes. , Shape into 2 balls; roll in parsley and pecans. Cover and refrigerate. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving with crackers.

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

Steps:

Mix 1st three ingredients and place on serving dish in shape of a ball.
For Topping: Mix "topping" ingredients in a saucepan until melted. Pour over ball and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers.

Combine cream cheese, garlic, 1 tsp Worcestershire and cajun seasoning in a bowl. Mix well and shape into a 4-inch circle, about 1 inch thick. Refrigerate until firm (a few hours).
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, Worcestershire, mustard and pecans. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, until sugar is dissolved.
Remove cheese ball from refrigerator and place on serving platter. Pour pecan mixture over cheese ball.
Cheese ball can be refrigerated until ready to serve. Remove cheese ball one hour before serving to come to room temperature. Serve with crackers.
