French Cocoa Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowballs No Bake Candy Recipes

SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK COCONUT COOKIES/CANDY

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375.
• Grease a baking sheet.
• Mix all ingredients.
• Drop by teaspoons,onto baking sheet.
• Bake for 15 minutes.
• While hot,remove from the sheet.

ROCKY ROAD SNOWBALLS (NO BAKE!)

Steps:

• In large bowl, stir all filling ingredients together (you may need to use your hands to thoroughly combine, as dough may be stiff).
• Take 2-3 teaspoons filling and roll into a ball (if dough is too sticky, refrigerate until easier to handle, about 30 minutes). Roll in coating(s) of choice.
• Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet, cover and refrigerate until firm (about 4 hours). Keep refrigerated.

V'S LOW-FAT FROZEN CHEESECAKE

Steps:

• In large mixing bowl, beat light cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy.
• Gradually add Eagle-brand fat-free sweetened condensed milk, mixing until mixture is smooth.
• Add the extract and beat on low speed until mixed.
• Fold in the Cool Whip.
• Pour filling into prepared pie crust and cover.
• Freeze until firm (about 3 hours).
• Optional: topping Lite Cherry Pie filling.

FRENCH COCOA SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK SNOWBALLS - NO BAKE CANDY

Steps:

• Combine 1/2 cup cocoa with 1 1/2 cups sugar.
• Add in the nuts,combine.
• Moisten the mixture with the condensed milk,sat& vanilla extract.
• Shape into balls.
• Combine the remaining cocoa and sugar.
• Roll balls through it.
• Enjoy!
