- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, gelatin, eggs, water and oil. Beat on low speed for 1 minute. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. , Pour into a greased and floured 10-in. fluted tube pan. Bake at 350° for 38-42 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. , Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over warm cake. Cool completely before cutting.

- Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and flour a 10-in. fluted tube pan. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in lemon zest and extract., In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with yogurt, beating well after each addition., Transfer to prepared pan. Bake 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. If desired, dust with confectioners' sugar. Serve with fresh fruit and whipped cream.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Generously grease 8 fluted tube muffin cups with cooking spray or shortening. In medium bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- In large bowl, beat remaining ingredients with whisk until well blended. Gradually beat in flour mixture until well combined and batter is fluffy. Divide batter evenly among fluted muffin cups.
- Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool in pan 2 minutes. Place cooling rack upside down over muffin pan. Turn rack and pan over; remove pan. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
