1 tube (16-1/2 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 to 3 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
1 to 2 firm bananas, sliced
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup red grape halves
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
Pinch salt

Steps:

  • Pat cookie dough into an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until deep golden brown; cool. , In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on top. , In a saucepan, bring the sugar, orange juice, water, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool; brush over fruit. Chill. Store in refrigerator.

½ cup butter, softened
¾ cup white sugar
1 egg
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
½ cup white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Mix in egg. combine the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Press dough into an ungreased pizza pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until light. Spread on cooled crust.
  • Arrange desired fruit on top of filling, and chill.

1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (110° to 115°)
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2-3/4 to 3-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
SAUCE:
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
TOPPING:
1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage, cooked and drained
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the oil, salt, sugar and 2 cups flour. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. , Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rest in a warm place for 10 minutes. , Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients; set aside. Divide dough in half. On a floured surface, roll each portion into a 13-in. circle. Transfer to greased 12-in. pizza pans; build up edges slightly. Prick dough thoroughly with a fork. , Bake until lightly browned, 12-15 minutes. Spread sauce over hot crusts to within 2-in. of edges; top with sausage, mushrooms, green pepper and cheese. Bake 20 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup cold butter, cubed
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups halved fresh strawberries
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup fresh blueberries
GLAZE:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine flour and confectioners' sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press onto an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until very lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack., In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crust. Arrange the strawberries, oranges and blueberries on top. , For glaze, in a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in pineapple juice and lemon juice until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool slightly. Drizzle over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled.

nonstick cooking spray
1 prepared thin-crust pizza crust
8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 banana, peeled and sliced
4 cups fresh fruit (grapes, mango, pineapple, strawberries)
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pecans or 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350*F.
  • Spray 12 inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
  • Place crust on pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread mixture over crust.

CRUST
1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups white whole wheat flour (King Arthur brand recommended)
FROSTING
3/4 cup (can also use softened cream cheese, if desired)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
pinch sugar if desired, will lessen the tartness of the frosting
TOPPINGS
sliced fresh fruit of your choice, such as: kiwis, bananas, strawberries, peaches, any kind of berries, grapes (halved), and pineapple

Steps:

  • 1. Cream butter and sugar. Stir in flour and finish by hand. You may need to add a little more butter to get it to come together. 2. Once the dough holds it shape when squeezed, begin to press one handful at a time into a greased or buttered pan, about 1/4 inch thick. A small cookie sheet or a 9x13 glass dish is recommended. 3. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or unt the edges start to brown. 4. While the crust cools, make the frosting by mixing together the homemade cream cheese, powdered sugar, and sugar until smooth. Spread on cooled crust. 5. Top with your choice of fresh fruit.
