Steps:
- 1. Crush cookies. Line 9 inch pie pan or square pan with most of the crushed cookies, saving some for topping. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and cream. Add almond flavoring. Spread this mixture on crumbs. Whip cream with sugar. Add vanilla and pecans. Fold until well blended. Spread this on first mixture. Cover with crushed cookies. Let stand in fridge for 24 hours.

Steps:
- Cake: Preheat oven to 325°. Mix together eggs, sugar, butter, flour, pecans, vanilla, and cocoa. Pour into ungreased 9x13-inch baking pan and bake 45 minutes. Icing: Place marshmallows on top of cake layer as soon as it comes out of the oven. Place back into oven until marshmallows are melted. Mix cocoa, butter, powdered sugar, and whipping cream together; blend until of spreading consistency. Pour this mixture evenly over marshmallows. Let sit at least 2 hours before cutting into squares. Fun Fact: During any police lineup, the suspects wear numbers two through nine, because it is considered too suggestive (of guilt) to make anyone display the number one!

Rich and decandant dessert that looks elegant when cut. I like it on a plate with a little green creme de menthe or a strawberry sauce drizzled over the top. Nice for your sweetie on Valentines Day!!

Steps:
- Grease 9x13 pan.
- Line bottom with 1/3 crumbs.
- Cream butter, egg substitute, 2 cups powdered sugar and tsp vanilla.
- Spread over crumbs in pan.
- Top with 1/3 of crumbs.
- Whip remaining ingredients except nuts til stiff.
- Spread in pan and top wtih remaining crumbs.
- Sprinkle nuts over the top.
- Chill at least 6 hours.
