This is a great chilled pasta salad. It's very simple to make, but looks so elegant. Great for a brunch or a luncheon.

Steps:
- Add shells gradually to 6 quarts boiling salted water; cook until tender, yet firm.
- Drain; rinse with cold water, then drain again.
- Invert on paper towel-lined plate to cool.
- Combine crabmeat, shrimp, cheese, salad dressing, celery, onion and pimiento.
- If mixture seems too dry, add more salad dressing.
- Spoon mixture into cooled shells; cover and refrigerate until chilled.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook shells according to package directions for al dente; drain and rinse in cold water., In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender. Remove from heat. In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, provolone and Romano cheeses; stir in egg, seasonings and vegetables., Spread 1 cup sauce into a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Fill pasta shells with cheese mixture; place in baking dish. Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese., Bake, covered, 40 minutes. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Freeze option: Cool unbaked casserole; cover and freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Cover casserole with foil; bake 50 minutes. Uncover; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until heated through and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.

- Cook shells according to package directions. Place in cold water to stop cooking. Drain.
- Mix together cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, eggs, and garlic powder. Rub the dried herbs in the palms of your hands to pulverize them, and stir into the cheese mixture. Stuff mixture into the shells.
- Spread 1/3 of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 15 x 10 inch pan. Place shells open side up, and close together in pan. Spread remaining sauce over top, and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 35 minutes, or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink, breaking meat into crumbles; drain. Stir in the water, tomato paste, bouillon and oregano. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. , Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and egg. Stuff shells with the cheese mixture., Arrange shells in a greased shallow 3-qt. or 13x9-in. baking dish. Spoon meat sauce over shells. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes longer. Freeze option: After assembling, sprinkle casserole with remaining mozzarella cheese. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet, add chicken and onion, and cook until chicken is done, about 7-9 minutes.
- Stir in breadcrumbs, and remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine egg, ricotta, half the mozzarella and half the cheddar, spices, salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken mixture.
- Fill shells and place in a 11x7 inch pan.
- Combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, mozzarella and cheddar; pour mixture over shells.
- Sprinkle with parmesan if using.
- I like to sprinkle with more mozzarella as well.
- Cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

- Preheat the oven to 375 with racks in the middle and upper third of the oven. Bring a large Dutch oven or stockpot of water to boil over high heat. Generously salt the water (use at least 2 teaspoons). If you’re not using frozen greens, fill a large bowl with ice water for blanching.
- If you’re using fresh greens, add them to the boiling water and cook just until wilted, about 20 to 40 seconds. Using tongs (leave the water in the pot), transfer the greens to the ice bath and let them cool down. Drain off the water and squeeze as much excess water from the greens as possible. Set aside. (If you’re using frozen greens, place them in a colander and run cool water over them until they’ve full defrosted. Squeeze out as much excess water as possible, and set aside.)
- Bring the water in the pot back to a boil. Gently add the pasta shells in handfuls so they don’t break on the way in. - Turn on your food processor and drop the garlic through the feeding tube. Once the garlic is chopped and stuck to the sides of the bowl, stop the machine and scrape down the sides. For good measure, squeeze off any remaining water in the greens, then add them to the bowl. Process until the greens are chopped into small pieces.
