Steps:

• Fill a highball glass with large chunks of ice.
• Fill the glass with 4 oz of ginger beer.
• Top with Gosling's Black Seal Rum.

• Combine ginger and sugar in a highball glass and muddle. Add lime juice and crushed ice; top with rum and amaro and stir.
