Ensalada De Naranja E Aguacate Recipes

CHRISTMAS COQUITO (ENSALADA DE NARANJA)

Steps:

• Carefully peel the oranges, being careful to remove the pith completely. Cut the oranges into thin segments and arrange in a dish or on dessert plates. Place the olives on top. Mix the orange and grapefruit juice together and pour over the oranges. Leave to marinate. Before serving drizzle olive oil over and garnish with mint leaves.

COLD AVOCADO SOUP: SOPA DE AGUACATE

Steps:

• In a blender, blend cilantro and serrano with 1/4 cup orange juice until mixture forms a smooth paste. Add remaining 3/4 cup orange juice, zest, tequila, broth and avocados and blend until smooth. Pour mixture through a coarse sieve into a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
• Chill soup, covered, 2 hours, or until cold.
• Serve topped with watermelon.

ENSALADA DE NARANJA, AGUACATE Y JíCAMA

Steps:

• Pela y separa en gajos 4 naranjas; colócalos en un tazón mediano. Agrega los aguacate y la jícama; revuelve todo ligeramente.
• Ralla la cáscara de la naranja restante y exprímele su jugo. Reserva 3 cdas. de la cáscara rallada y 1/2 taza del jugo. Coloca el jugo reservado en un tazón pequeño. Añade el aderezo; mezcla todo bien. Añádelo a la ensalada y mezlca ligeramente.
• Espolvorea la ensalada con el cilantro y la ralladura de naranja reservada.

ENSALADA DE NARANJA, CHAYOTE, JAMóN Y AGUACATE

Steps:

• Corta los chayotes en rebanadas de 1/2 pulgada de grosor. Colócalos en una olla grande con agua hirviendo; cocínalos de 10 a 15 minutos o hasta que estén tiernos. Escurre los chayotes; déjalos enfriar.
• Coloca el chayote sobre un platón para servir. Pon las naranjas y el jamón sobre las rebanadas de chayote. Espolvoréalos con las cebollas; rocíalos con el aderezo. Enfríalos en la nevera hasta el momento de servir.
• Corta el aguacate en rebanadas; colócalas sobre la ensalada antes de llevar a la mesa.
