Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Boil chicken 20-40 minutes until almost fully cooked. Pull apart into bite size pieces.
- Mix chicken with sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
- Spread mixture into a buttered pan.
- Melt butter.
- Pour stuffing mix into a mixing bowl, stir in butter and chicken broth. Spread over chicken mixture.
- Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- If desired serve with cranberry sauce on the side.

- Flatten chicken to 1/4-in. thickness. Place flour in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, two pieces at a time, and shake to coat. , In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in oil for 3-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170°. Remove and keep warm., In the same skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Add the wine, parsley and rosemary. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half. Serve with chicken; sprinkle with cheese if desired.

This is so easy! I use it when I'm having people over for dinner because it can easily be doubled to feed a large gathering or dinner party. Once you put it in the oven, you can forget about it for 2 hours and move on to something else. It's always a huge hit with our guests! Serve over rice and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
- Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with slices of chipped beef. Wrap bacon slices around chicken breasts, and place on top of chipped beef. In a medium bowl, mix together condensed soup and sour cream. Pour sour cream mixture over chicken breasts, and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in preheated oven for 2 hours.
