Steps:
- Spray small microwaveable bowl with cooking spray. Add egg, cream cheese spread and milk. Beat lightly with fork. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or just until egg is set.
- Spoon onto tortilla; top with tomatoes.
- Fold in opposite sides of tortilla, then roll up starting at bottom. Serve warm.

- Place tortillas on a microwave-safe plate. Place shredded Cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla, towards 1 end. Microwave on high power to melt cheese, 20 to 30 seconds.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Whisk eggs together in a bowl. Pour into the skillet; cook and stir until eggs are set, about 5 minutes.
- Place eggs over melted cheese on tortillas; top each with avocado, tomato, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Top with hot sauce.

Cook and stir gently until egg is nearly set. Add tomato mixture and salt and pepper if desired. , Cook and stir until egg is completely set and tomato is heated through. Serve with toast. Garnish with basil if desired.
