Steps:
- Spray slow cooker with non stick spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place in bottom of slow cooker.
- Sprinkle stuffing mix over the top of the chicken.
- Whisk together soup and broth until blended and pour evenly over dry stuffing.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours.

- Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
- Coat each chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste. If you want a little spice, add a pinch of cayenne! Once coated, lay the chicken down at bottom of the slow cooker
- Pour chicken stuffing mix in the slow cooker on chicken
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 1 can of chicken broth. Pour over stuffing. We recommend lightly mix the stuffing and coup mixture in a crockpot. This will help avoid the stuffing sticking to the pan
- Cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours. The luxury of slow cookers!
- Once done, mix up stuffing and soup mixture. We love to make a sandwich with this recipe and put the chicken and stuffing inside the bread with a little cranberry jam! It is a great comfort food recipe.

- Place onions, bell pepper and celery in 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Top with chicken; sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Top with sausage, tomatoes and broth.
- Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
- Gently stir uncooked rice into chicken mixture. Cover and cook on low heat setting about 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Jambalaya will hold on low heat setting up to 1 hour.
