NO BAKE S'MORES BARS RECIPE
Soft and chewy No Bake S'mores Bars that can be made in just a few minutes.

Steps:
- Generously spray a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 2 cups marshmallows, 1 cup chocolate chips and butter.
- Stir occasionally, until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
- Pour cereal in saucepan and mix until evenly coated.
- Gently fold in remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Press cereal mixture into prepared pan and let cool for 1 hour or until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.

EASY S'MORES BARS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line an 8x8-inch square pan with aluminum foil, leaving a 1-inch overhang on sides.
- Crumble graham crackers in a bag; pour into a bowl. Stir in butter and brown sugar until well mixed. Press graham cracker mixture into bottom of pan to form crust.
- Bake in preheated oven until crust is lightly browned and smells toasted, about 7 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven; cover crust evenly with marshmallows. Sprinkle chocolate chips over marshmallows.
- Bake in preheated oven until chocolate chips are melted and marshmallows are browned, about 3 minutes.
- Let s'mores rest in pan until cool, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate until set, about 45 minutes. Remove from pan and cut into squares.

Here's what you need: mini marshmallows, butter, wheat cereal, graham cracker, chocolate

Steps:
- Microwave ½ of the marshmallows and butter in a bowl, stirring every 15 seconds, until fully melted.
- Add cereal and graham crackers into the bowl and mix until well coated. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Add the chopped chocolate bars and mix just until combined.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the cooled mixture into the pan.
- Press into the edges of the pan and top with more chocolate pieces and remaining mini marshmallows.
- Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut and serve.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with aluminium foil and grease with non-stick cooking spray or butter. Set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla & egg yolk using a large wooden spoon or rubber spatula. Be careful that the butter isn't too hot or you'll scramble the egg. Stir in the flour and graham cracker crumbs.
