EASY MINUTE STEAKS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• In a large skillet over medium heat, briefly brown the cube steaks.
• Arrange meat in a single layer in a 13x9 inch baking dish and pour the soup over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.

CROCKPOT CUBE STEAK

Steps:

• Combine the cans of cream of mushroom condensed soup with the Lipton Onion Soup Mix and ground black pepper (plus water if desired) in your crock pot. Mix until well combined.
• Layer the cube steaks over the 'gravy' mixture adding one at a time. Top each cube steak with some of the sliced onions as you add them, staggered in shingle-fashion, over the cream of mushroom base. Top with optional sliced mushrooms (white mushrooms or cremini) if desired.
• Set your crock pot to high and cook for 6 hours. Serve over rice, potatoes, or pasta.

CROCK POT MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH CUBE STEAK & GRAVY

Steps:

• Place the meat in the bottom of your crockpot.
• On stovetop, bring water and gravy packet mix to a boil; whisk until smooth and pour over meat in crockpot.
• If you are adding onions and/or mushrooms, add them also.
• Cook, on LOW, for 8 hours.
• *You can also use round steak and add peeled, white potato quarters.
