BEACH SAND PUDDING DESSERT

Steps:

• Place vanilla wafers into a blender or food processor and blend until coarse crumbs, set aside.
• In a large mixing bowl, beat pudding mixes and milk with an electric mixer for 2 minutes until thickened.
• In a smaller bowl, beat together (no need to clean off beaters) cream cheese and powdered sugar.
• Add in half of the container of Cool Whip, beat until combined. Add cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture and beat until smooth.
• To assemble desserts, layer 2 tablespoons crushed vanilla wafers and 1/3 cup pudding mixture into each mini beach pail (or layer into a medium-sized beach sand bucket), repeating layers until almost to the top.
• Divide remaining Cool Whip among beach pails, spreading out to edges of pail. Top with another 1-2 tablespoons of crushed vanilla wafers.
• Decorate each with a Swedish Fish candy and an umbrella toothpick. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

MOM'S PEACH CRISP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Arrange peaches evenly in an 8x8-inch baking dish.
• Mix flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl using a pastry cutter until evenly crumbled. Fold oats into flour mixture; sprinkle and press topping into peaches.
• Bake in the preheated oven until topping is lightly browned, about 30 minutes.

EASY BEACH DESSERT

Steps:

• Top pudding snack with graham crumbs for the sand.
• Decorate with graham snacks and fruit snacks.
• Garnish with a paper umbrella, if desired.

SWEET AND EASY PEACH DESSERT

Steps:

• Melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir peaches, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt together in the melted butter; cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is syrupy, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
• Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 10x6-inch baking dish.
• Mix 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt together in a bowl. Mash unsalted butter into the flour mixture until lumps are the size of small peas. Blend 2 tablespoons sour cream into the mixture; mix until you have a dough-like mixture. Pat the dough into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared baking dish.
• Bake in preheated oven until browned and crust-like, about 10 minutes.
• Spread peach mixture over the crust into an even layer.
• Beat egg yolks, sugar, 3 1/3 tablespoons sour cream, and 2 tablespoons flour together in a small bowl; pour evenly over the layer of peaches. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
• Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and continue baking until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 10 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
