- 1. In a medium sized bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.
- 2. Add the packet of Italian Salad Dressing Mix and beat until well blended.
- 3. Shape into a ball or log on a sheet of wax paper.
- 4. Spread the chopped nuts on another sheet of wax paper. Roll the cheese ball on the nuts, covering the cheese ball well and shapping into a firm ball or log as you go.
- 5. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!

This is the best tasting cheese ball I've ever had. It's actually more along the lines of a dip except that it forms into a ball. The Accent is the ingredient that gives it extra appeal. - Let the cream cheese soften a bit on the counter.
- Chop green pepper and green onion as fine as possible.
- Drain pineapple repeatedly (the more moisture you can get out of it the better your cheeseball will form).

- Chill for 1/2 hour.
- Form into a ball and, if desired, roll in chopped pecans.
- Chill until ready to serve.
