Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 c semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 1/2 c graham crackers, crushed
1 1/3 c coconut, flaked
14 oz sweetened condensed milk, can

Steps:

1. preheat oven to 350. place butter in a 9x13 pan and place in the oven until melted. sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the butter and press down with a fork to form a crust.
2. add chocolate chips over the crust and top with coconut. pour condensed milk over the entire mixture to cover coconut completely.
3. bake for 25-39 minutes or until golden brown. cool completely and then cut into squares.

Ingredients

3 cups light-brown sugar
1 cup light cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Steps:

Whisk together sugar, cream, and butter in a medium bowl. Set bowl over (but not touching) simmering water, cook until thickened, about 20 minutes. Remove bowl from heat; stir in vanilla. Let cool.
