QUICK CILANTRO LIME SAUCE (5 MINUTES!)
This easy cilantro lime sauce is a zesty spin on ranch! You don't even need a blender. Use it for grain bowls, tacos, and more.

Steps:
- Chop the cilantro as finely as possible. Juice the lime.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cilantro and lime juice with the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt and pepper. (Alternative: You can blend all ingredients using an immersion blender or in a food processor if you'd like a smooth, light green sauce.) Eat immediately or refrigerate until serving.
DELICIOUS MEXICAN BURGERS WITH CILANTRO LIME DRESSING
An adaption of Rachael Ray's beef and bean burrito burgers with a few extra ingredients and an awesome topping. Hopefully you will find that these are ingredients you have on hand. A family favorite! I like to serve on whole wheat brioche buns or in a pita pocket for fewer carbs :)

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients with your hands, be sure to mix spices around well.
- Form into 4 large patties or 7-8 regular size burgers.
- Grill burgers to desired color/temp. and top with Cilantro Sauce.
- Sauce:.
- Mince cilantro.
- Combine with sour cream and hot sauce to taste.
- Whisk in juice of one lime.
