1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
6 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
¼ cup capers, or to taste
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh dill
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1 squeeze fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • Process cream cheese in a food processor to soften completely; add salmon, capers, green onion, dill, cream, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and lemon juice. Process the mixture again until creamy and smooth.

1/4 cup chopped fresh dill or 2 tsp dried
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped capers
1 tsp pepper
1 egg
1 pkg smoked salmon 150g

Steps:

  • preheat oven 375 f line large baking sheet with non stick foil arrange dough beat cream cheese until smooth blend in dill lemon juice capers pepper and egg until mixed spoon mixture in centre of dough arrange salmon over mixture brush egg yolk over dough bake 20 minutes

1/4 c. natural California pistachios, chopped
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill, chopped

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy. Add smoked salmon, pistachios, lemon juice and dill; mix well. Serve with crackers, melba rounds, pita triangles, etc.

4 Cornish Game hens
salt & pepper -- to taste
garlic powder -- to taste
paprika -- to taste
oil
stuffing (recipe follows)
1 stick butter
1/3 cup half and half
1/4 cup green onion -- chopped fine
1/4 cup celery -- chopped fine
1 clove garlic -- chopped fine
2 tablespoons parsley
1 cup crabmeat (6.5 oz.can)
1 cup fine breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash pepper

Steps:

  • Rinse hens lightly and pat dry. Season (inside & out) with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika; rub lightly with oil. Divide stuffing among hens. Tie legs together and place on rack in roasting pan. Preheat oven to 350 and roast hens 1- 1 1/2 hours. Stuffing: Melt butter, add garlic, parsley, green onion, and celery; saute vegetables until soft. Add crabmeat. Salt & pepper. Stir gently not to break up crabmeat, simmer. Add breadcrumbs and half & half, a little at a time so mixture is not too dry.

1 8oz Package of Adler Smoked Salmon Lox
8 oz Small Cooked Shrimp (1 or 2 cans to taste works well drained)
8 oz Fresh Crabmeat (1 can works as well drained)
1/2 onion (cut in chunks for processor, dice as small as possible if using hand mixer)
1 TBSP Capers (drained)
1/4 C Heavy Cream
Fresh Dill To Taste

Steps:

  • Put All Ingredients Into A Food Processor* With The Blade Attatchment, Process On Low Speed Until Desired Consistency. Excellent On Bagels. Also As A Dip With Pita Chips, Bagel Chips Or Crackers. Very Good With Raw Vegtables. My Personal Favorite Is Stuffing This In A Hollowed Out Tomato, Topped With Panko Breadcrumbs For Crunch As A Decadent Weekend Brunch Item.
