2 (10.5-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (10-ounce) can Ro*Tel Tomatoes
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1 (16-ounce) package Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (16-ounce) package spaghetti
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Spray the crock of a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add the undiluted soup, undrained tomates, cream cheese, Velveeta, garlic powder, and onion powder and mix well. Add the chicken breasts and cover with the lid. Cook on low for about 4 hours or until the chicken is just cooked through. Cooking much longer than 4 hours may result in tough chicken and scorched sauce, so be cautious.
  • Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the slow cooker using tongs and allow it to cool slightly. Stir the sauce remaining in the slow cooker well. Once the chicken is cooled enough to handle, shred it and and return it to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce. Cover.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain well and add the pasta to the slow cooker. Mix well. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top and replace the lid. Allow the cheese to melt then serve.

1 medium red & green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3-4 ribs of celery, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp cooking oil plus 2 tablespoons butter
1 tsp each salt & black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp granulated garlic powder
1 Tbsp sage
1 tsp poultry seasoning (more if desired)
8-10 slice white or wheat bread, toasted & cubed
1 recipe for mama's buttermilk corn bread (9 x 13 panbroken into small pieces
2 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
4 c chicken broth from cooked chicken, more if needed
4 large eggs
5 large chicken breast, or 1 whole fryer seasoned with salt, pepper & garlic powder, boiled, deboned and cut into large pieces
2 bay leaves, dried

Steps:

  • 2. Saute the celery, onions, bell peppers in a large skillet with the cooking oil & 2 tablespoons butter, till tender & transparent, add the salt pepper & garlic powder. Set aside till needed.
  • 3. In a large bowl add the broken corn bread, toasted bread cubes, then sprinkle with the poultry seasoning & sage. Add the sauteed vegetable mixture, melted butter, and stir till well mixed.
  • 4. In a medium size bowl, add the soups, eggs and broth and whisk till well mixed, then pour over the bread mixture. Stir to combine throurgly. Spray the inside liner of a large crockpot(about 6 Quart size) with cooking spray, then pour dressing into liner, and cook on high for 30 minutes. then lower heat to LOW AND COOK FOR 3 HOURS, THEN REMOVE LID AND ADD CUT UP deboned chicken pieces, being sure to bury chicken into dressing mixture so it doesn't dry out. Cook for 1 additional hour on Low HEAT.
  • 5. Note you can also bake in a large casserole dish , butter or spray casserole dish with non stick cooking spray, add dressing and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour. Hope you enjoy. Don't forget the cranberry sauce.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound lean ground chicken
½ medium onion, minced
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 (26 ounce) jars pasta sauce
1 cup water
1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti noodles, broken in half
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, onion, garlic powder, and kosher salt; cook and stir until chicken is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Pour 1 jar pasta sauce and water into the bottom of a slow cooker and place broken spaghetti noodles on top. Add cooked chicken mixture, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and cover with the second jar of pasta sauce.
  • Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours or on High for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Remove the lid and stir to combine and mix everything together.

1 (12 ounce) package angel hair pasta
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
¾ (8 ounce) package processed cheese, cubed
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
½ (4 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and return to pot.
  • To the pasta add the diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, cream of chicken soup, processed cheese, chopped chicken, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.

1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 package (20 oz) boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 can (28 oz) Muir Glen™ organic fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained
1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ creamy mushroom soup
1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed, softened
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained as directed on package
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley leaves

Steps:

  • Spray 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt and garlic. Add chicken; toss to coat. Pour mixture into slow cooker.
  • In same bowl, mix tomatoes, soup and chiles; pour over chicken.
  • Cover; cook on High heat setting 2 to 3 hours or on Low heat setting 3 to 4 hours or until instant-read thermometer inserted in thickest part of chicken reads at least 165°F.
  • Remove chicken from slow cooker, and transfer to cutting board; let stand 5 minutes or until cool enough to handle. Meanwhile, stir cream cheese and Cheddar cheese into slow cooker. Cover; cook on High heat setting 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Stir.
  • Meanwhile, shred chicken with 2 forks; return to slow cooker, and stir in cooked spaghetti. Top with parsley.
  • To make ahead and freeze: In large bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt and garlic. Add chicken; toss to coat. Pour mixture into 1-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag. In same bowl, mix tomatoes, soup and chiles; pour over chicken in bag. Seal bag, removing as much air as possible. Lay flat, and freeze up to 3 months. Thaw completely, 8 to 24 hours, in refrigerator. Spray 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Pour thawed mixture into slow cooker. Follow steps 3 through 5.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, poached & cut into bite-sized pieces
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel brand)
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut up into cubes (American Processed Cheese)
1 lb spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained

Steps:

  • Place first 6 ingredients into a 5-6 qt slow cooker and stir. Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
  • Stir and then add the cooked spaghetti, allowing the spaghetti to heat through (about 30 minutes).
  • *Optional ingredients: 1 (4 oz) can sliced, black olives, 1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms and/or 1 small onion, diced. If you choose to add any of these, add them at the beginning with the other first 6 ingredients.
  • **I have made this on the stove top with good results. Adding the first 6 ingredients to a 5-6 qt pot (dutch oven), allowing it to heat on medium until the cheese melts (15 minutes) and then turning the heat down to low and adding the cooked spaghetti, until it too, is heated through (30 minutes).
  • ***I have also made this for OAMC as it heats up well!
