Steps:
- 1. Place Hamburger meat in a large Skillet with Garlic and Onions and cook over medium heat until browned.
- 2. Drain and grease from meat and discard
- 3. Add Diced Bell Pepper and simmer for 2 minutes stirring occasionally
- 4. Add Lite Brown Sugar, Worchestershire Sauce, Mustard, and stir in until mixed completely throughout
- 5. Drain juice from diced tomatoes and add to meat mixture stirring in completely
- 6. Add both cans of tomatoe sauce and stir completely until coated
- 7. Simmer for 20 minutes stirring ocasionally
- 8. Serve on a plain Hamburger Bun or for extra taste serve on a toasted hamburger bun

Steps:
- Remove seeds from jalapeno peppers and dice.
- Dice onion and green pepper.
- Sauté onion, jalapenos and green pepper in EVO then set aside.
- Cook ground turkey crumbling into little pieces.
- Drain and return to pan.
- Over med-high heat add all of the ingredients into the pan.
- Stir mixture for 3-5 minute.
- Lower heat to low and simmer for 5-10 min to fuse flavors.
- Serve on either crusty rolls or hamburger buns.
- Leave out the jalapeno if you don't like it hot. If you do throw in 2 more.
- Additions: Try adding diced tomatoes or olives and top with cheese if you so desire.

Here's what you need: coleslaw mix, apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, dijon mustard, kosher salt, pepper, high heat oil, medium yellow onion, garlics, chilli powder, sweet paprika, dried thyme, tomato, medjool dates, lean ground turkey, tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce, medium carrots, zucchinis, kosher salt, pepper, hot sauce, buns

Steps:
- Make the slaw: In a medium bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt, and pepper. Toss well, then cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Make the sloppy joes: Heat the oil in a large, high-walled pan over medium heat. When the oil is shimmering, add the onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until translucent. Add the garlic, chili powder, paprika, thyme, tomato paste, and dates. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the tomato paste begins to brown.
- Add the turkey and sauté until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes, stirring throughout. Add the tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
- Add the shredded carrots and zucchini and cook down into the sauce, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce, if using.
- Scoop the sloppy joe mixture onto toasted buns and top with the slaw.
- Enjoy!
