Steps:
- Start with putting Roast and broth or stock in crock pot and cook on high for 4-6 hours. Adding Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste.
- Once the beef has cooked add the noodles and let cook for another 30 min to 1 hour.
- You can also add any veggies that you would like to this recipe and can shred the beef or cut into larger pieces for serving. I like to serve this over mashed potatoes.

CROCK POT EASY BEEF & NOODLES
I have made this for nearly 40 years. Always a hit! This is a family favorite. My children are grown and married now, but still request this meal often. Add a salad and some dinner rolls.

Steps:
- 1. Salt and pepper and dredge in flour the meat. In skillet add 2 tbl of oil and brown meat over medium heat.
- 2. Once browned place in crock pot, add water and beef stew dry mix. Stir well. Put on lid and cook on low 5-7 hrs.
- 3. Cook pasta according to pkg directions.
- 4. Thicken gravy in crock pot if needed. Serve meat and gravy over pasta. Can serve over mashed potatoes or rice if preferred.
