Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes are the perfect easy side dish to your next family dinner. Just dump, cook, and enjoy some cheesy tender potatoes for your next meal or holiday gathering

Ingredients

32 ounces diced potatoes (frozen)
1 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic salt (with parsley flakes)
1/2 cup onion (finely diced)
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded (divided)

Steps:

Grease bottom of slow cooker with cooking spray. Put all ingredients in EXCEPT 1 cup of the cheese. Mix together, cover, and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 5-6 (mix halfway) until potatoes are tender.
Turn off, remove lid, sprinkle on remaining cheese and cover for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.

16 ounces sour cream
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

Steps:

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Turn ingredients into crock pot.
Cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours.

1 (2 pound) package frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes, thawed
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1 cup milk
1 pinch seasoned salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup crushed cheese-flavored crackers (such as Cheez-It®), divided

Steps:

Mix hash brown potatoes, Cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, milk, seasoned salt, garlic, and 1/2 cup cheese-flavored crackers in a slow cooker.
Cook on Low, stirring occasionally until cooked through, about 2 hours. Stir and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese-flavored crackers.

This simple slow cooker recipe is a must have for busy people.

32 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken
8 ounces sour cream
3 cups Colby jack Monterrey cheese, shredded and divided
1 can cheddar cheese soup
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter

Steps:

Combine hash browns, cream of chicken, sour cream, 1.5 cups of cheese, cheddar cheese soup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in your slow cooker.
Place the lid on and cook on high for 2.5 hours or low for about 4-5 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, mix well and add in remaining 1.5 cups of cheese.
Melt butter and combine with bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top.

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
2 cups seasoned stuffing cubes

Steps:

2 -3 lbs potatoes
1 small onion, diced
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
parsley

Steps:

Boil potatoes with skins on until almost done.
Slice into crock pot after peeling (I do not usually peel mine). Mix ingredients in bowl. Cover potatoes with mixture.
Cook on high for about an hour in crock pot or low for 3 to 5 hours.
We are a cheese loving family so I usually add extra cheese.
