BALSAMIC CHICKEN FOR CROCK POT
I got a similar recipe of this a long time ago, got bored with it back then, and changed some ingredients. My husband and daughter get so excited when we're gonna have this for dinner. I don't measure some things, so if you need me to explain further, let me know. The liquid is so good that I keep sipping it! HA!

Steps:
- Put the first 7 ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 4-5 hours on LOW.
- Cook the rice or pasta separately.
- When chicken is done, remove the bones and skin and throw them away.
- Put either rice or pasta in a bowl and then ladle the Balsamic Chicken on top with some of the liquid from the crock pot.

CROCK POT BALSAMIC CHICKEN ( GOOD FOR WEIGHT WATCHERS! )
I had to make something for my lunches for the week and it had to be WW friendly. I found most of this stuff in my cupboard and it turned out really good. Low in fat and full of flavor! After cooking I divided this up into 5 lunch containers.

Steps:
- Place everything in a crock pot, except for the rice, and cook on high for 5 hours. After 5 hours, remove chicken and cut into small chunks. Put back into sauce mix and add two cups quick cooking rice. Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.

I have been loving using my crock pot this week, so i'm not slaving over a hot stove in the heat. Here is an awesome yummy recipe fantstic with brown rice, or baked sweet potatoes. (or anything really! lol) Remember to share to save recipe on your wall!

Steps:
- Directions.
- Combine the first five dry spices in a small bowl and spread over chicken on both sides. Set aside. Pour olive oil and garlic on the bottom of the crock pot. Place chicken on top. Pour balsamic vinegar over the chicken. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Sprinkle with fresh parsley on top to serve.
