CROCK POT ARTICHOKE/JALAPENO CHEESE DIP - EASY
This is great to have at a potluck or barbecue. I have fixed this several times and have never had one complaint. This is a great recipe to use in a smaller crock pot. Hope you enjoy.

- Dice jalapeno and artichokes.
- Put jalapeno, artichoke, mozzarella, mustard, milk, Worcestershire, soup, Velveeta in crock pot and mix.
- Cook on low in crock pot for 2-3 hours and serve with some chips.

- Chop artichoke hearts and dice red pepper.
- Mix everything together.
- Place in small crock pot for 3 hours, stirring every hour or so. Serve with Wheat Thins or the like.

This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. It is so delicious! And quick for company. My son loves it. He was first introduced to this kind of dip at my brother's wedding reception, and just gobbled it up, so I had to come up with something like it. :)

- Heat oil in a skillet, add onion and saute until soft (about 3-4 minutes). Add taco seasoning and saute for 30 more seconds. Transfer onions to slow cooker (crockpot) container followed by diced tomatoes, jalapenos, half of cilantro, and rinsed beans.
- Cook in slow cooker on high for 2 hours or on slow for 4 hours. After finished cooking. Mix well, then add remaining cilantro. Top with diced avocado just before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or baguette chips and enjoy!!
