CREAMY TOMATO AND CHICKEN SPAGHETTI
Cream cheese, Parmesan and dressing get together in a sauce that makes anything it touches creamy and luscious-including tomatoes, chicken and spaghetti.

Steps:
- Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, adding stir-fry vegetables to the boiling water for the last 3 min.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes and dressing; bring to boil. Simmer on medium heat 4 min., stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese spread; cook and stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Drain spaghetti mixture; place in large bowl. Add chicken mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

CREAMY TOMATO-CHICKEN PASTA
Creamy tomato sauce with some chicken and spinach. You can also serve this on a bed of rice, or by itself.

Steps:
- Pat chicken dry and season with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear chicken in the hot oil until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Remove to a clean plate.
- Place garlic in the leftover juices in the pan and saute over medium heat until aromatic, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce and heavy cream; reduce heat to low. Add spinach and basil and cook and stir until spinach wilts. Add chicken to the sauce and cook until chicken is no longer pink in the centers.
- While chicken mixture cooks, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.
- Serve chicken mixture on top of pasta.

- Spray 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix broth, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper flakes.
- Stir in chicken. Cover; cook on High heat setting 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until chicken is cooked through (at least 165°F). Stir in pasta and tomatoes. Cover; cook on High heat setting 25 to 30 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring twice.
- Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan cheese until cheeses melt. Stir in spinach until wilted. Let stand covered 5 to 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir before serving.
