Creamy Snickers Cream Cheese Pie Recipes

NO BAKE SNICKERS CHEESECAKE PIE

Steps:

• In medium mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy {to avoid lumps make sure cream cheese is really soft or place in microwave for 20 seconds}.
• Add in vanilla extract and granulated sugar. Beat until combined.
• In separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. This will take several minutes.
• Add the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and gently mix together. Fold in the chopped Snickers and combine.
• Spread into the pie crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight, before serving. Can be made up to 2-3 days in advance and kept in fridge until ready.
• Optional garnishes: Beat 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream + powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Pipe or spread onto pie and garnish with additional chopped Snickers.

CREAMY SNICKERS CREAM CHEESE PIE

Steps:

• 1. Heat oven to 450. Place pie shell in 9" pie pan, bake for 5 mins. Remove from oven and let cool. Reduce oven temp to 325. Cut candy bars in 1/2 lengthwise, then cut into 1/4" pieces.
• 2. Place candy pieces on the bottom of pie crust. In lg bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, beat well. Beat in sour cream and peanut butter until smooth. Pour mix over candy pieces.
• 3. Bake 40 mins or until set. Let cool. Heat light cream in small saucepan over low heat. After heated, remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate is melted and mix is smooth. Spread over top o fpie. Chill 2 hrs.

EASY SNICKERS BAR PIE

Steps:

• In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter until creamy.
• Stir in chopped candy bars.
• Gently fold in the Cool Whip just until mixed.
• Pour into crusts and refrigerate overnight.
