1/2 lb sausage
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz Velvetta
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can Mexican Rotel Tomatoes, undrained

Steps:

In a medium skillet, brown sausage and drain. In a large bowl, heat cream cheese, velveeta and sour cream in microwave until melted. Stir in tomatoes and sausage. Pour in crock pot to keep warm. Serve with tortilla chips.

1 (1 ounce) package buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
2 green onions
1 (6 ounce) can black olives, chopped and drained
1 (4 ounce) jar pimentos, drained
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes, drained

Steps:

Melt cream cheese in a microwave bowl.
Stir well.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Stir well.
Heat in microwave before serving.
Can be stored in the refrigerator and then heat up when needed.
