This truly is the most delicious stuff! A bit like a cross between corn souffle and a slightly sweet corn pudding! Try it, I know you will love the ease of preparation and especially the taste. Everyone always wants the recipe! Note: The ingredients can be doubled and baked in a 9x13 inch baking dish in almost the same amount of cooking time.

Ingredients

½ cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14.75 ounce) can creamed corn
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine butter, eggs, corn bread mix, whole and creamed corn and sour cream. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is golden brown.

Ingredients

1 package (12 ounces) egg noodles
1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts
3 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
1/4 teaspoon each garlic powder, salt and pepper

Steps:

In a Dutch oven, cook noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes. Add broccoli and ham; cook until noodles are tender, 5-10 minutes longer. , Drain; return to pan. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until butter is melted and mixture is heated through. Freeze option: Freeze cooled noodle mixture in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Microwave, covered, on high in a microwave-safe dish until heated through, gently stirring; add broth or milk if necessary.

12 ounces egg noodles
1/2 cup butter, melted
32 ounces cream-style corn
1/4 cup sugar
1 lb shredded American cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350.
Cook and drain noodles.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix together and place in greased 2 quart baking dish.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Note: Can also be placed in a crockpot on low for 2 hours.

1 (14.75 ounce) can cream style corn
1 cup small uncooked seashell pasta
½ cup butter, cut into pieces
1 cup cubed processed cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium baking dish, mix the whole kernel corn, cream style corn, uncooked pasta, butter, and processed cheese.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove cover, stir, and continue baking 30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender but firm.

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 ounces cream cheese, cubed
5 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Steps:

In a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually add milk and cream. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened., Remove from the heat. Stir in the corn, 1/4 cup Parmesan, Romano, cream cheese, sugar, salt and pepper., Transfer to an ungreased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan., Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and top is golden brown.
