Steps:

• In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and amaretto liqueur.
• Beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
• Stir in mini chocolate chips and maraschino cherries.
• Serve with your favorite cookies!

CREAMY AMARETTO DIP

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients until smooth. Add more powdered sugar, if needed for consistency.
• Pour into serving cup and surround with fresh cut fruit and toothpicks.

AMARETTO CHOCOLATE DIP

Steps:

• Bring the heavy cream, butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking occasionally, until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Whisk in the chocolate and cocoa powder until smooth. Remove from the heat and whisk in the liqueur and vanilla.
• Transfer the sauce to a small bowl. Serve warm or at room temperature with cookies for dipping.

Steps:

• 1. Mix the instant pudding and the orange juice together.
• 2. Stir until smooth.
• 3. Add the Cool Whip.
• 4. Mix together again.

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, pour in pudding mix- add milk and stir (just to dissolve the mix).
• Fold in Cool Whip until blended.
• Add the Amaretto and stir all together.
• Keep cool until serving- use any fresh fruit for dipping- Strawberries, grapes, and apples work great!

• In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, half-and-half, instant pudding mix, Kahlua, amaretto and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth.

STRAWBERRY AMARETTO CREAM DIP

Steps:

• Mix cream cheese and cool whip with handmixer until smooth. Stir in strawberry jam and amaretto. Refrigerate until time to serve. Serve with sliced or whole strawberries and vanilla wafers.
• (Can also serve with sliced apples, angel food cake bites, etc.)
• Can be made 1 or 2 days in advance.
• Original recipe called for 2 T. strawberry jam and 2 ounces of Amaretto.
