- In a small bowl, soften onion in milk. Stir in cream cheese and Miracle Whip. Add beef and olives; mix well. Chill. Serve on crackers.

- Warm cream cheese to room temperature.
- Blend mayonaise and cream cheese well.
- Add onions.

CREAM CHEESE AND SMOKED BEEF
May be served in a bowl or... I like to slice the top of a green bell pepper off, clean the seeds out, then scoop in the cream cheese mixture. Serve with crackers around it. It looks so pretty. You can slice the green pepper up, and also eat it with the spread. If you prefer, you can also make this with turkey or ham.

- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, salad dressing, garlic powder, lemon juice and smoked beef. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to let all of the flavors mix.

I used this for an appetizer at an Easter dinner I made for my friends while our husbands were deployed. It was a big hit and the kids loved it too!

- Combine cream cheese, roast beef, olives, dill, horseradish sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Finely chop green onions and add to cream cheese mixture.
- Press into serving dish and top with plastic wrap, pressing the plastic wrap firmly on top of the cream cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Serve with crackers.

- Mix all above ingredients (with the exception of the pecans).
- Place in a small oval dish as a spread for crackers or form into a ball and roll into the pecans for a nice cheese ball.

This is a great spread for any kind of cracker. I like it on Sociables or Ritz type cracker. It is rather garlicky for those non garlic lovers.

- Mix all but pecans, and spread in an 8" pie plate.
- Sprinkle pecans on top.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Serve hot with crackers.
- This can be made ahead and refrigerated until baked.
