Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 2 baking sheets.
- Dissolve yeast and 2 pinches white sugar in warm water in a bowl. Let stand until the yeast softens and begins to form a creamy foam, about 5 minutes.
- Mix 4 cups flour, hot water, 3 tablespoons sugar, and salt together in a large mixing bowl; pour yeast mixture into the flour mixture and mix. Add remaining flour, one cup at a time, mixing well between additions. Continue to work the mixture until you have a dough; divide dough into 2 halves. Divide each half into 12 long bread sticks and arrange onto prepared baking sheets.
- Pour melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and garlic powder over the breadsticks.
- Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 13 minutes.

Steps:
- Form dough into any size or shape you would like. I prefer to make stick shapes.
- Bake in the oven at 350F until pale and golden in color, about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile in a saucepan on low heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic, cooking slightly and being careful not to burn. Set that aside until bread sticks are cooked.
- When bread sticks are still warm out of the oven, immerse each one into the butter mixture, coating them generously.
- Place on a cookie sheat and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Best to eat when they are still warm.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. (Make sure your oven is clean or it will smoke!)
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the garlic, stir to coat with the butter, and cook, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the garlic is very tender. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside until cool enough to handle. Mash the garlic in the butter with a fork. Stir in the Parmesan, parsley, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place both halves, cut sides up, on a cutting board. Score each half diagonally (don't cut all the way through) in large serving-size pieces. Spoon all of the garlic mixture generously on the cut sides of the bread. Cut each half of the baguette in half crosswise along a score and place the 4 pieces on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until the topping is bubbly and starting to brown and the bread is crisp. Transfer to a board, cut in serving pieces along the scores, sprinkle with fleur de sel, and serve warm.

Steps:
- In a small bowl add the warm water, then the yeast. Let set until yeast dissolves, then add the sugar. Then add the flour and salt.
- Stir until the mixture is well incorporated. If needed, add some extra flour to get a good dough ball. Knead for five minutes (or use a KitchenAid Mixer).
- Place in a bowl that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cover and let raise for 20 minutes.
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Once the dough has raised, place onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten with hands. Using pizza cutter, cut into strips.
- Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes until slightly brown.
- When done cooking, remove from oven. Let cool slightly. Spread top with melted butter or margarine. Then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Or for sweet treats, use cinnamon/sugar mix and dip in frosting.
