ORANGE CRANBERRY SAUCE

This is my kicked-up version of cranberry sauce. Recipes by Emeril Lagasse, from "Farm to Fork," HarperStudio, New York, 2010, courtesy Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc.
