CRANBERRY ICED TEA CAPE COD STYLE

Steps:

• 1. Put water in large pot, and heat on high until boiling. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add teabags and let steep until desired strength is acquired. Stir in cranberry juice concentrate, and allow to cool. Sliced citrus for decoration. Not bad if you put a little rum in it but keep it away from the kids !!

CRANBERRY ICED TEA

Steps:

• Combine hot tea with sugar and orange peel in a large bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add cranberry juice. Place ice cubes in a large pitcher and pour cranberry tea over ice cubes.

CRANBERRY VODKA ICED TEA

Steps:

• Bring the water to a boil in a large pot, and remove from the heat. Immediately whisk in the sugar and lime juice until sugar is dissolved.
• Add the tea bags and cranberry juice. Allow the tea to steep for 10 minutes, remove the tea bags and cool the tea.
• Stir to be sure that the sugar is dissolved, and place in a large pitcher. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
• Just before serving, add the vodka to the tea and serve in tall glasses filled with ice. Garnish with lime slices.

CRANBERRY-GINGER ICED TEA

Steps:

• Peel gingerroot and cut into thin slices. Boil water, sugar and gingerroot until the sugar dissolves. Let cool. Brew the 10 teabags in 5 cups water and let it cool. For each serving, place 2 orange wheels, 1-ounce ginger syrup, 4 ounces brewed tea and 3 ounces cranberry juice in an ice-filled mixing glass. Shake and strain into ice-filled wine glass or tumbler. Garnish with additional orange wheels.
