- In a gallon pitcher combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, cherry juice and lemon juice. Just before serving, slowly add ginger ale; stir to blend. Serve over ice in cups or glasses. Garnish with cherry and orange slices.

- In a pitcher, combine the juices, sugar and extract. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, stir in ginger ale.

Steps:
- Combine strawberries, cranberry juice, and honey in blender and run on highest speed to puree strawberries.
- Once berries are smooth, and while blender is running, add ice and allow to blend until smooth.
- Remove from blender base; add ginger ale.
- Stir briefly, pour into chilled glasses and decorate with a whole strawberry or slice on the rim of the glass.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.

FRESH CRANBERRY COSMO

- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until the granita melts completely. Pour into a martini glass and serve immediately.
- Place the water, cranberries and sugar into a small saucepan, set over medium-high heat and simmer until the berries begin to pop, approximately 7 minutes. Remove from the heat. Puree with a stick blender, blender or food processor, for 1 minute. Pass the mixture through a fine mesh strainer directly into a metal 13 by 9-inch pan. Do not press on the skins. Simply allow the juice to drip through the strainer. Add the zest and stir to combine. Place in the freezer until set, at least 6 hours and up to overnight. Once frozen, scrape the mixture with a fork to create a shaved ice texture. Serve immediately.
CRAN-STRAWBERRY COOLER
This is from Quick Cooking. Yummy and a good way to get the kids to drink cranberry juice which is very good for them but really too tart for most.

- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Boil gently, uncovered, 3-4 minutes or until about half of the cranberries burst. Remove from the heat; immediately add strawberries. Let stand until strawberries are completely thawed, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate.
